Neongkul Children’s Library played a central role in the local community of Cheolsan4dong. It was founded in 2003 by five mothers who shared the idea of collectively caring for children in the neighborhood growing up in difficult family circumstances. Until its closure in 2020, it functioned as an important resident-led community space in Cheolsan4dong. I organized the history of the library as a chronology and produced it as an artist book, allowing the narrative of the community to be reconsidered through its broader context.
